Frequently asked questions
how does payment work?
There are several payment options I am able to accept including cash, check, Venmo and Apple Pay. To secure your session date, I ask for a non-refundable 30% down payment at booking. The remaining balance is due prior to your gallery being released.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE FINAL PHOTOS?
Your online gallery link will be sent to you within 2-3 weeks. The link will include all of your high resolution fully edited images. From the online gallery you will be able to download your photos and order prints to directly ship
to you.
What happens if it rains or I cannot make it to my session?
Life happens! Kids get sick and storms roll through. I am happy to work with you to reschedule or find a new location. Communication is key here, so please let me know if you need to reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
What should I wear to my session?
This depends on the location and the vibe you are going for. As a general rule I recommend solid, muted colors that do not distract from your face. For family and group photos I recommend outfits that coordinate but have some variety. We will discuss this further during your consultation to make sure you get the images you are looking for!
